RMC Tent Rentals reserves the right to cancel commitments or remove tents at any time due to severe weather. Tents are not severe weather shelters and shall not be used during electrical storms or times of high winds. Eureka Commercial Tent and Armbruster Tent products are manufactured for use as temporary protection from sun and light rain. For the safety of all occupants, it is required that a complete evacuation of the tent takes place in threatening or severe weather. The tent must be evacuated if there is any doubt concerning the safe use of this product and notify RMC Rental immediately.
Customer is responsible for tent placement to insure stakes will not come in contact with any underground utilities and will be responsible for any repairs. Tent stakes are 30 and 42 inches long. Only representatives of RMC Rental are authorized to set up, modify, or take down tents.
Customer is responsible for all losses or damage to rented items.
